This exciting 3-day Guided Merriam Turkey and Prairie Dog Hunt for two hunters takes place on the Standing Rock Reservation with Britt Luger of 3 Bars Outfitters and offers an action-packed adventure you won’t forget. If the elusive Merriam turkey has been on your bucket list, this hunt provides a rare opportunity, with each hunter allowed up to two birds, and when you’re not pursuing prairie gobblers you’ll enjoy fast-paced shooting in expansive prairie dog towns that see very little hunting pressure each year — so bring plenty of ammo, or be prepared to head back to town for more! The hunt is valid for the spring seasons of 2026 or 2027, with the season running from early April through late May. Included in this package are hotel pickup, professional guiding and transportation, along with blinds and decoys where and when necessary. Not included are lodging (with Prairie Knights Casino recommended), turkey license fees of $150 per hunter (Standing Rock Tag), a $50 prairie dog fee, and personal clothing and gear. Tags are available over the counter and are good for two birds per hunter, and additional days may be added for $1,400 per day, ensuring the only limit is the number of memories you make.
