Your adventure begins with pickup at the San Antonio, Texas airport on April 21, 2027, followed by ground transportation to the outfitter’s lodge in the northern Mexican state of Coahuila, where you will spend three days hunting Rio Grande turkeys.
After completing the Rio Grande portion of the hunt, you will be transported back to San Antonio, fly to Dallas, Texas, and stay overnight. From there, you will fly to Durango, Mexico, where your Gould’s turkey hunt begins on the afternoon of April 26. You will hunt April 27 and 28, and the morning of April 29, before returning to Durango for an overnight stay and departing for home on April 30, 2027.
This hunt includes the opportunity to harvest one Rio Grande turkey and one Gould’s turkey, along with food, lodging, and use of firearms during the hunt. This is an excellent chance to complete your Royal Slam with a Gould’s turkey or knock out two of the three birds needed for the Mexican Slam in a single trip.
