The Zuni Fish & Wildlife Department from the Zuni Pueblo of New Mexico is providing an opportunity for one (1) or two (2) hunters (Hunters Choice) to hunt the Zuni Reservation for a trophy quality bull elk and a management bull elk during the peak of the rut.
The Zuni Reservation is prime elk country with elevations ranging from 6,200-8,000 feet. Approximately 450,000 acres of rugged canyons, mesa tops, and rolling sandy hills that provide excellent but remote cover for trophy quality animals. This is a fabulous opportunity to hunt the gorgeous mesas and forests of western New Mexico while enjoying the warm hospitality of the Zuni people.
The tags included are valid for 7 days of hunting from September 21 - 27, 2026. Dates are subject to change and are tentative at the moment.
The weapon of choice for the hunt is: Archery, Muzzleloader, or Rifle.
This fully outfitted hunt includes 1on1 guide services,
field transportation, lodging at the local bed and breakfast, and 3 meals a day
