membership term.
•This fully donated membership must be redeemed by 12/31/2026.
•You may use the value of this certificate as a credit toward an upgrade of a single membership, such as extending to a multi-year or adding
high-altitude coverage. The value cannot be shared across multiple memberships and must be used toward a single membership. If you
are between the ages of 75 and 84 you can apply the value toward an Extended Plan Membership; however, approval is dependent on
the completion and approval of an Extended Plan application.
