Lot 516 516 #DIN-16 California Bighorn Sheep Tag (Zone 10)
This is the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Single-Zone Fundraising Tag 1 (Zone 10). This permit represents California’s premier desert bighorn hunting opportunity and provides the lucky bidder the ability to hunt Zone 10: Newberry, Rodman, and Ord Mountains during the 2026-2027 season.
•Tagholders are subject to all existing conditions required for the taking of the species.
•The tag holder will be able to hunt up to one month prior to the opening of the general bighorn season and over a period of up to three months (11/07/2026-02/07/2027).
•This permit is subject to all existing conditions required to obtain a California resident or non-resident hunting license and license tag, and for
the taking of bighorn sheep, including any required hunter orientation programs identified in the Fish & Game Code and/or Title 14 California Code of Regulations. The license/tag is non-transferable and may be used only by the successful bidder or purchaser designated at purchase time. Any resident or non-resident is eligible to bid on and receive this Special Permit.
