^Lot 1640 Mauser Stock Set

Very clean Mauser wood stock set. Stock is numbered '1796' on the left side of the buttstock, and '1.TRZ' on the right side. It has a sling loop in the front, a bayonet lug, a smooth flat buttplate, matching handguard, and a sling slot cut in the rear. The handguard appears to be marked '719' on the inside. The wood is in excellent condition with extremely light handling marks. The end cap, buttplate, bayonet lug, and sling loop, retain 95% of their blueing. There is a small amount of edge wear, and handling marks on the end cap. Late war style.
