^Lot 1190 FN / N.A. Co 98 Mauser 8mm #74800

FN produced WW2 military style infantry bolt action rifle. It appears to be a Model 1930. Featuring a 24" barrel with inverted 'V" ramped front sight (painted), and tangent rear sight graduated to 2000 meters. Manufacture date not found. Serial numbers don't match. Blued flat buttplate showing patina, no cleaning rod, smooth curved trigger, no bolt disassembly disc in stock, semi-pistol grip stock, smooth handguard, smooth forend, straight bolt handle, five round internal box magazine,early style 'H' type front barrel band, a sling swivel on the rear barrel band, and a sling swivel in the stock. Bore is full of cosmoline and rifling cannot be determined. Stock and handguard are good with minimal handling wear, although, there's a dent in the stock behind the barrel band. Blued finish is about 80% with minor handling/edge wear. Barrel bands, floorplate, trigger guard and trigger show a brown patina. Action is crisp/tight.
