^Lot 775 Winchester Model 70 .22-250 Rem #6320

Custom target rifle built on a pre-64 Winchester model 70 action, manufactured 1936. re-barreled with a 27" matte finished heavy barrel chambered in .22-250, 2' sight base installed on the lower end. Mauser style safety, stainless bent bolt handle, hinged floorplate, serrated wide trigger shoe installed. smooth one-piece 'Bench Rest' style stock with 'decelerator' solid rubber recoil pad. Mounted with a weaver 'Marksman' 3x-9x scope, duplex reticle, clear optics, Weaver rings. Bore is excellent/bright, the receiver is a plum color, barrel finish is excellent and the wood is excellent. Friction wear on the bolt/extractor, the floorplate is coated with in a rough textured substance.
