'New Model' Colorado Centennial edition. 15,000 of these Ruger Single Six Revolvers were manufactured to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Colorado statehood in 1976. The guns were fitted with a 6 1/2" barrel, two-piece rosewood grips with Ruger medallions, non-fluted and unique roll engraved .22 LR cylinder with scenes from early Colorado featuring miners, bighorn sheep, Colorado capitol building, etc., stainless steel grip frame with "1876 Colorado 1976" roll stamped on the bottom of the butt, blue finished, stainless polished hammer, triggerguard and backstrap and "1876 * Colorado Centennial *,U.S. Bicentennial * 1779" rolled stamped on the left side of the barrel. The gun appears to be unfired, bore is excellent/bright. Very light tracking on the cylinder. Action is smooth with tight lock-up. Comes with original factory box with the .22 LR cylinder.
