Spanish made single action, blow-back, semi- automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Kurz/.380. Very desirable early WaA251 proofed Astra 300. At SN 552149, it was one of 3,200 Astra 300s delivered to the Germans April 30, 1942. , for use by its military, mainly the Luftwaffe Produced 1942 ("N" code), Top of slide marked “UNCETA Y COMPANIA S.A. / GUERNICA ESPANA”, Spanish proofs on left rear frame. Waffenamt Eagle/WaA251 stamped on right rear receiver. 3.9" barrel with fixed blade/notch sights. manual & grip safeties, lanyard ring, matching serial numbers on slide/frame, one Astra marked 7-rd magazine. Bore is excellent/bright, checkered wood grips are very good, action is crisp/tight, Original blue finish is about 925 with edge wear, some minor scrapes near the muzzle and some handling wear on the front strap. Comes with original German WW2 chocolate brown leather flap holster with 7 rd Astra magazine, (2) total. The inside flap is ink stamped with maker "gfg" 1943 (Carl Hepting & Co.) and Eagle/Swastika "WaW 101". Holster is excellent with all stitching intact. No import marks, vet bring back. A rare set.
