Rare late WW2 German military issue bolt-action rifle made by Czech Waffenfabric Brunn arsenal under occupation. 1945 dated receiver. Blued finish, semi-pistol grip wood stock and handguard, 23.62" barrel. Steel cupped butt plate with some rust. Inverted "V" front sight, tangent adjustable rear, cleaning rod. Stamped front barrel band. Serial number 9704 matched on receiver, and front barrel band. Floorplate is numbered 5363, bolt assembly is mismatched to this number. About 25-30% of finish remaining, with small scratches and some pitting on barrel. Handling/edge wear. Wood is very good with few scratches. Action is smooth/tight. Bore is full of cosmoline. A number 2 in a triangle is marked on the receiver.
