'Mannlicher Schoenauer' High quality bolt action sporting rifle chambered in .264 Winchester Magnum. Manufactured in Austria by Steyr-Daimler-Puch A.G. circa 1963. Features a high polish blued finish, approximate 26" medium profile barrel, ramped German silver bead top blade front sight, Akah fully-banded rear sight base mounting a two leaf sight with one fixed & one folding marked “300”, Akah side-mounted QD scope base with 1” rings, smooth curved double set triggers, polished bolt with butter knife handle, two-position flag safety on the rear of the bolt, pivoting thumb safety on the right side of the receiver, removable rotary magazine, and point checkered walnut stock with black forend tip & grip cap, beaded right handed scalloped cheekpiece, sling swivels, Decelerator recoil pad & 14 1/2” LOP. Matching serial numbers are found on the receiver, barrel and bolt handle. Rifle retains approximately 98% of its original blued finish showing minor edge wear and some superficial scratches. The action is mechanically sound, the bore is excellent, and the walnut stock is excellent with minor blemishes.
