Stunning controlled-round-feed- bolt action sporting rifle chambered in .375 Holland & Holland Magnum. Manufactured by Winchester circa 1951 and subsequently upgraded with a custom stock & bottom metal attributed to the late master gunsmith Jerry Fisher. Features a satin blued finish, 25” round tapered barrel, ramped & hooded bead top blade front sight, dual folding leaf rear sight, banded sling stud, Zeiss Diavari-ZA 1.5-6x 42mm scope mounted on two-piece base, jeweled bolt with swept-back handle, three-position safety on the rear of the bolt, serrated curved trigger, drop box magazine, hinged floorplate with in-the-bow release, and finely point-pattern checkered magnum style stock with contrasting wood forend tip, trapdoor metal pistol grip cap, beaded right handed cheek rest, inlet sling stud, red recoil pad & 14 ¼” LOP. Rifle retains approximately 99% of its blued finish showing very little wear. The action is mechanically sound, the bore is excellent, the optics are clear/sharp with German #4 reticle, and the custom walnut stock is near excellent with minor handling marks & hairline crack in the forend tip.
