Lot 71 Sioux Beaded Scabbard and Knife.
Sheath is hide with fringes, painted with red ocher. Seed beading depicts buffalo and four direction crosses with very old trade knife. From the Cheyenne River, S.D. Measures 12" total; knife blade is 5 3/4".
