Lot 3 Mankazana Safari, One Trophy Black Wildebeest and One Trophy Warthog Included.
This beautiful hunting area is nestled in the foothills of the Great Winterberg Mountains and comprises 80,000 acres with very few high fences.
Mankazana offers the finest free-range hunting for Eastern Cape Greater Kudu and Bushbuck to be found anywhere. Over 30 species are offered to the discriminating hunter. Our Moto is "come prepared to walk and stalk the Game". Shooting from vehicles is strictly forbidden, but in our game-rich country, anyone who can walk a mile can have a successful hunt.
You are bidding on the following:
Full Day fees for one hunter 1 x 1, for a full seven days of hunting. Including Trophy Fees for One Trophy Black Wildebeest and One Trophy Warthog. Extra Hunting days may be booked with the extra charge of $350/day/hunter. Other hunters may book this same seven (7) day Hunt, including Trophy Fees for both animals listed above, for $3995. These other hunters must accompany the winning bidder to receive the $3995 price. Payable to Mankazana Safaris.
All other animals taken during the Hunt (besides the two donated animals) will be Current Trophy Fee Prices. If a hunter fails to shoot both donated Trophy animals, there will be NO refund given to the hunter. Remember that any animal wounded and not recovered is considered taken, and the full Trophy is due.
This package INCLUDES:
Services of a licensed professional hunter (Guide), hunting vehicle and support team, pick-up and drop-off at Port Elizabeth airport, accommodations at the lodge, meals, soft drinks, liquior, local beer, and wines in reasonable quantities, daily laundry service, trophy fees for the included animals, field preperation of trophies and delivery of trophies to a local taxidermist or shipping agent. Includes Value Added Tax. Local and departure days are FREE.
This package DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Any air travel, pre- and post Safari accommodations and meals, trophy fees for animals taken in addition to those included in the package or animals wounded and lost. Rental of rifles and ammunition, gratuities to PH and camp staff. The preparation, packing, documentation, taxidermy, or export of trophies from South Africa. Or all items of a personal nature.
This Safari can be taken during the 2026 or 2027 Hunting Seasons. The Safari MUST be taken by the end of the 2027 Hunting Season. We hunt from the beginning of March to the end of September.
To reserve their preferred dates the winning bidder MUST contact John Gunnels (See Below) within 60 days of the close of the Auction. Failure to do so may result in having to accept whatever dates are available. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit per hunter is required to lock in your dates. The deposit WILL BE applied to your hunt.
