Westervelt Sporting Lodges and Poronui Hunting invite two hunters to New Zealand’s spectacular North Island for a 5-day, 2x1 guided Red Stag hunt. Schedule this rifle or bow hunt with outfitter for open dates February–July 2026 or 2027; contact outfitter for complete details. Each hunter will pursue one Red Stag scoring SCI 450–499 while experiencing the rugged, scenic landscapes that make Taupo one of New Zealand’s premier hunting destinations. Poronui Hunting, owned and operated by The Westervelt Company NZ Ltd., is renowned for its high-quality hunting, conservation focus, and productive private territories, offering guests an ethical, well-run, and memorable experience. Hunters stay in luxurious, well-appointed lodge accommodations with spectacular views, enjoy gourmet meals and house beverages, and spend evenings relaxing fireside with guides and fellow hunters. Included are first-class accommodations, meals and house beverages, 2x1 guide service, one Red Stag SCI 450–499 for each hunter, Taupo Airport transfers, use of firearms, necessary hunting permits, and field prep.
