Lot 9SN 10-day Tajikistan Marco Polo Argali Hunt for One Hunter

Journey to the Pamir Mountains of Tajikistan for the greatest trophy of Asia, the Marco Polo sheep.
This 10-day, 1x1 guided Marco Polo argali hunt for one hunter, with USFWS import permit application service included, is donated by The Hunting Consortium Ltd.

The Hunting Consortium is the largest organizer of Marco Polo sheep hunts worldwide, with more than 1,000 successful hunts since 1985 and a continuing 100% success rate.
It is the only American company operating in Tajikistan with permanent staff in-country, overseeing every detail of the program.

Each hunt is hosted and escorted from arrival in Dushanbe until the hunter’s safe return, ensuring a seamless experience.

Hunts are available October–December 2026 or February 2027 according to camp openings.

The Hunting Consortium arranges the required CITES export permits and provides the USFWS import permit application service (a $3,000 value), ensuring trophies can be imported to the United States.

The hunt takes place at extreme altitudes in the remote Pamirs, home to the world’s largest Marco Polo rams. Hunters average 57-inch trophies, with roughly 10% exceeding 60 inches, making this the premier destination for exceptional Marco Polo sheep.

Included:
License for one Marco Polo sheep, CITES export permit, USFWS import permit application service, fully staffed camp with meals, transportation during the hunt, two guides per hunter, and field prep of trophies. Camps feature hot showers, running water with flush toilets, and Starlink internet with Wi-Fi.

Not included:
International airfare, domestic flights and transfers to camp, hotels and meals before/after the hunt, taxidermy, dipping/packing/shipping of trophies, and gratuities.

The hunt can be upgraded to include Mid-Asian ibex ($8,000), Bukharan urial ($65,000), or other Asian species according to the price list.
Additional hunters are $49,900 each (price of Marco Polo sheep hunt) and non-hunters $5,000.

The Hunting Consortium is a full-service travel agency and can also arrange international air tickets, hotel reservations, and stopovers in Istanbul, managing every detail from pre-trip preparation to trophy import.

Arrival/departure point is Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
