The ranch’s 14,000 sq. ft. lodge—formerly owned by Rex “Buddy” Cauble—is designed for connection, where panoarmic views meet refined Texas hospitality.
After a day in the field, unwind with gourmet meals prepared by a private chef, relax by the fire, or trade stories overlooking the ranch’s rolling landscape.
Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or new to the pursuit, Union Hill’s professional guides ensure a seamless, all-inclusive experience – from Whitetail and nighttime hog hunts to opportunities for Axis, Fallow, Blackbuck, Nilgai, Scimitar Oryx, and Thermal Pig upgrades.
Between hunts, guests enjoy access to exclusive amenities, including:
(1) an 800-yard shooting range, wobble trap and batting cages, private lake and fishing, indoor golf simulator, luxury lounge areas, fire pits, and entertainment spaces.
Not included:
hunting license/tag ($315), car rental, airfare, hotel before/after the hunt, airport transfers ($350 RT), taxidermy, butchering, packing/shipping, and gratuities.
Additional hunters are welcome for $1,000 per day plus fees and non-hunters for $750 per day.
The hunt may be extended for $1,000 per day or upgraded to include Axis Deer, Blackbuck, Fallow Deer, Nilgai, Scimitar Oryx, or Thermal Pigs—contact outfitter for details.
