Located in Peru, Indiana, this privately owned and operated 1,200-acre hunting ranch offers guided weapon-of-choice hunts amid rolling terrain.
With over 30 years in business, X Factor Whitetails has earned titles for the size of their animals and strives to provide an unparalleled hunting experience.
The ranch features a shooting range up to 150 yards, a fire pit, and private fishing farms (no license required).
Their beautiful lodge can accommodate over 20 people comfortably, featuring a full commercial kitchen, big-screen televisions with Direct TV, and WIFI.
A dedicated area for scent-free gear storage ensures optimal hunting conditions.
From arrival, guests are treated to 5-star service with attentive staff catering to every need.

Additional hunters welcome for $6,500 and non-hunters for $350 each/per-day.
