Lot 12TD 7-day British Columbia Trophy Black Bear Hunt for Two Hunters
Canada West Outfitters invites two hunters to British Columbia for a 7-day, 1x1 guided Trophy Black Bear hunt.
Scheduled hunt with outfitter for June 4-10, 2026 only.
No alternate dates available, method of take is hunter's choice.
Located in the beautiful South Okanagan highlands of British Columbia, Canada West Outfitters' concession is renowned for producing trophy Black Bear, giant Mountain Lion, Lynx and Bobcat.
This hunt is primarily conducted using pickups and jeeps in a spot-and-stalk style, including some short hikes.
The area boasts a great bear population with 50% colored phase (red, brown, and chocolate).
Hunters also have the option of hunting with hounds, using experienced bear dogs to locate older, mostly nocturnal bears.
Hunting with hounds provides a more physical hunt with plenty of action and excitement, making it fantastic for groups and families.
Each hunter has the opportunity to harvest two bears.
Included:
accommodations, meals, 1x1 guide service, one black bear per hunter with the option of a second bear on a trophy fee of $3,500, round-trip transportation from Penticton or Kelowna airport and field prep.
Not included:
before/after hunt expenses, license ($767.00 per hunter), tag ($189 per hunter), firearm permit, CITES permit, rifle rental ($400), government fees, dipping, packing & shipping (approx. $800 per trophy) and gratuities.
Additional hunters welcome for $9,000 plus fees.
Non-hunters welcome for $350 per day.
