Two hunters and two observers will travel to New Zealand for a 5-day, 1x1 guided red stag (up to 400 SCI) hunt plus a scenic Fiordland helicopter tour with lobster lunch, donated by HSCF Life member, Shaun Allison, and Exclusive Adventures New Zealand. Each hunter will harvest one red stag up to 400 SCI. Method of take is the hunter's choice. Schedule the hunt with the outfitter for open dates between February and August 2026 only; contact the outfitter for details. This hunt also includes a scenic helicopter flight through New Zealand's famous mountainous fiords with a freshly caught lobster lunch, plus private vineyard tours through the renowned Otago Wine Region. The hunting location offers a world-class adventure while showcasing the rich culture of New Zealand in one of the most scenic parts of the country. Stags can be upgraded from 400-800+ SCI, and tahr, chamois, fallow, elk, and more may be added. Included are lodge accommodations, meals, 1x1 guide service, one red stag up to 400 SCI for each hunter, round-trip airport transfers, helicopter tour with lunch, wine tours, and field prep. Not included: before/after hunt expenses, taxidermy, airfare, dipping, packing, shipping, and gratuities. Additional hunters are welcome: $700 per day plus trophy fees; additional observers: $300 per day.
