Main Description: Does not function as mechanically designed. Manufactured 1861, visible numbers match. Brass bead, octagon barrel, no cylinder scene, appears to be cracked and welded in one spot, checkered spur hammer and smooth trigger, brass trigger guard and back strap. Two piece wood grips, both are chipped and cracked, missing wedge, couple of screws have been replaced, loading lever under barrel, front lug is a replacement

Wear: Metal finish turning brown with pitting, light rust speckles overall, scratches, handling marks and wear. Grips show marks, scratches and wear.
