Early Ruger Super Blackhawk Single Action Revolver, #27747, .44 Mag. cal., 7.5" barrel, blue finish, smooth walnut two-piece grips with Ruger medallions, ramped blade front and square-notched adjustable rear sights, unfluted cylinder, squareback trigger guard, transfer bar safety added to the three-screw frame. Mfgd 1967. Revolver is in fine overall condition, retaining approx. 95%-96% factory finish, with light wear at the muzzle, few spots of corrosion on the front sight, and minor edgewear. Cylinder shows leading edgewear, intermittent light scratches and index line. Frame and straps are drifting to plum color with age, backstrap finish shows light wear. Grips with scattered light handling marks and a few flea bite indentations around the bases. Action cycles smoothly and locks up securely. Bright bore is fine with well-defined rifling.
