Smith & Wesson Model 17-3 Double Action Revolver, #3K28949, .22 LR cal., 6" pinned barrel, blue finish, checkered two-piece walnut grips with S&W medallions, Patridge front sight, adjustable square-notch rear sight, with color case hardened hammer and trigger. Mfgd 1971. Revolver is in excellent overall condition, retaining approx. 98%-99% factory blue, with light handling marks, and a faint index line on the cylinder. Grips are in excellent condition with sharp checkering detail. Interior of the right panel is stamped with the matching serial number. Action is crisp and locks up securely.
