Antique Colt 1st Generation Single Action Army Revolver, #32150, .45 LC cal., 7.5" barrel, black powder frame, gray patina, smooth walnut grips, blade front sight with brass insert, and fixed "V"-notch rear sight. Cylinder pin is an old replacement. Top of the barrel is marked "COLTS PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A.". Left side of the frame is marked with patent dates in three-lines. ".45" stamped on left side of the trigger guard. Visible matching numbers, including the cylinder. Mfgd 1876. Includes an old leather holster, marked "45" at the top right side, with decorative tooled borders, and appearing to have been with this revolver for a long time. In fair used condition, showing general age and wear, stitching with an old repair near the tip. Revolver is good condition, displaying an even gray patina to the metal surfaces, with general light pitting and some scattered spots of light erosion. Grips are generally good, but have an old, larger mar to the bottom left side grip panel. Markings are legible. Action is crisp, but the locking bolt is not releasing at half cock, preventing the cylinder from turning freely. Bore with mild etching and very good rifling. Est.: $1,800-$2,400. (Antique)
