#U039338. The Thompson Center Venture is a optics ready, long action, bolt-action rifle manufactured by Smith & Wesson. Features a blued finish, brushed stainless bolt handle, 24' tapered barrel, no provisions for sights, serrated trigger, detachable 3 rd magazine, thumb safety, scope bases installed on receiver. Black polymer stock with gray Hogue traction panels at wrist and forearm, cocked indicator, sling swivel studs and T/C solid rubber recoil pad. Action is smooth, bore is excellent/bright, stock is very good with some minor scuffs and the blue is overall very good with some very light patina on the lower barrel, barely noticeable. T/C factory still attached to forearm.
