Rare early model lever action rifle that developed into the model 36 and eventually 336. Features blued finish with case color receiver, smooth walnut stocks, dovetailed blade front and folding buckhorn aperture rear sights (by King), click adjustable Lyman receiver mounted rear peep sight, factory buttplate, full length mag tube. Bore is bright. Retains 85% finish with minor losses, some fading of case color on bottom front of receiver where carried. Wood is very good. Noted for the early design flat sided bolt. Beautiful condition for a rare & early model.
