Smooth trap buttplate. CONDITION: stock set has arsenal rework type finish w/ light wear, handling marks & notable loss of wood in inletted areas leaving markings obscure, although the encircled "P" proof is legible. Metal has wear, thinning & patina. Some parts show evidence of enhancement by cold blue over light oxidation & pitting. Bore is shiny, but w/ well-worn lands. (01-27358/RW). ANTIQUE. $600-1,000.
