Underside of slide has last three digits of frame number & 6-89 build date. Colt frame with lapped rails, chiseled front strap & arched mainspring housing. Military National Match bushing. Blued finish. Checkered walnut grips with gold Rampant Colt Medallions. MAGS: none present. CONDITION: grips show some checkering wear & light handling marks. Top left grip screw is a bit proud of wood. Metal retains 80% blue with operational wear, a light slide stop back strap & grip safety being mostly gray with oxidation staining, scattered edge wear & further fading heavier on slide. Grip safety not functioning properly but action otherwise functions properly when hand cycled. Bright near excellent bore. (25-3306/MJC). MODERN. $1500-2000.
