SHOTGUN. Cal. 410, 3". NSN. Bbl. 26". Model 37 single shot shotgun mfg. by Winchester between 1936-1963. Left side of the bbl. exhibits standard factory markings denoting Winchester's mfg. information, as well as the model and cal. designations, above "FULL". Metal components exhibit a blue finish overall. Plain wood pistol grip buttstock and forend have been sanded and revarnished at one time. Aluminum bead front sight. CONDITION: metal components retain large amounts of their blue finish, exhibiting areas of wear and thinning that show through to gray and brown patinas, scattered superficial handling marks, as well as some spots of light surface oxidation overall. Mirror bore. Wood furniture shows scattered marks and impressions from handling and storage, but otherwise remains sturdy and serviceable. PROVENANCE: Estate of Russell Dickerman. (25-1917/MLW).
