^Lot 789a German WW2 Police/Fire Helmet

Original WWII German Fire Police DOUBLE DECAL FEUERSCHUTZPOLIZEI HELMET. (Stahlhelm M34) Stamped, sheet steel construction, civic M34 helmet retains most of its original black satin finish paint . The left side of the helmet has a silver bordered, black based, police decal with the second pattern, silver, wreathed police eagle, about 80% intact. The right side of the helmet had a party shield decal which is also about 80% intact. The helmet has two separate, groups of seven, “salt & pepper” ventilation holes positioned on each side of the crown. All four of the flat headed liner retaining rivets are intact. Complete liner system with chinstrap. Linder size marked "57-61". Interior of skirt stamped with a large "A".
