Vintage sporting bolt action rifle built on a US military Model 1917 action. Features 22" tapered barrel, no provisions for sights, "drop box" fixed magazine with hinged floorplate, one piece Buehler scope base on receiver, manual safety, high quality fancy sporter stock with pistol grip, solid rubber recoil pad, high Monte Carlo shadow line cheek piece, black plastic grip cap, fine checkering on wrist & forearm. Bore is very good/bright, strong rifling. Barrel is matte blue, with excellent finish, receiver is about 60% copper colored with finish losses. Stock is excellent Mounted with a very good condition Mauser Mark X 4x40 scope, duplex reticle, clear optics. A really nice job.Condition NRA Very Near Excellent. C&R Firearm.
