Cal. 22 Short. S# 704802A. Bbl. 24" octagon w/ original sporting sights. Tubular mag. Grooved slide handle & straight grip walnut stock w/ crescent steel buttplate. Mfg. 1927. CONDITION: bbl. has 60% dull faded blue showing spotted corrosion. Right flat has 4 added holes w/ plug screws for apparent scope mount attachment. Action & mag. tube have faded to gray showing brown corrosion. Wood has added finish over dents, scratches & handling marks. Bore has lightly worn rifling. (24-5133/DS). CURIO. $300-500.
