Co. and Merwin, Hulbert & Co. markings; Merwin, Hulbert & Co. was liquidated during bankruptcy in 1896.Takedown falling block action. Replacement German silver blade front sight & elevator rear sight. Checkered walnut stock set with round knob pistol grip & buttplate. CONDITION: poor. Metal has traces of blue with primarily gray/brown patina & oxidation. Top tang missing 2 tang screws. Worn wood finish with marks. Pitted bore. (01-26004/MD). ANTIQUE. $200-300.
