^Lot 58 Antique Kentucky Half-stock Rifle with P.S.A. & Co. Lock

Kentucky style half-stock rifle made by unknown gunsmith, circa 1850. Rifle measures 52" overall with a 37" octagon 40 caliber rifled barrel with hunting sights and a partial maker's signature. Percussion lock marked "P.S.A. &Co Warranted" with double set trigger control. Curly maple stock with German silver hardware and inlays. CALIBER: 40. FFL STATUS: Antique.
CONDITION
Overall fair with light oxidation with wood cleaned and a small crack by lockplate. Under rib is loose and is missing ramrod. Pitted bore with functioning mechanics.
