^Lot 1732 Romanian/CAI 56 'SKS' 7.62x39mm SN: GM2202

SN: GM2202-1959. 'M56' Romanian made gas-operated semi automatic rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm. Cugir factory mark on left receiver. Dated 1959. Features a blued finish, 20.4" barrel, hooded front sight, adjustable tangent rear sight, cleaning rod, folding blade bayonet, safety selector, fixed 10 round magazine, smooth wood handguard and pistol grip shoulder stock with trapdoor metal buttplate. Matching serial numbers on receiver, bolt carrier, triggerguard, and magazine. Has heavy coat of cosmoline from storage. Import marks on barrel. Rifle retains approximately 94% of it's blued finish with minor scratches. Action is smooth, bore is rough, strong rifling, should improve with cleaning, and wood stock is good/sound.
