Lot 2201 WWII British Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife-Type 2
Knife is crossguard marked broad arrow B 2 with the 2 barely showing. Blade is in excellent condition with much crossgraining/light wear and very, very tip slightly blunted. Brown leather sheath is stamped "England" with leather showing weakness behind handle. Sheath tip and rivets are brass. Brass handle has "bottle" shaped pommel with uneven grip pattern. This may be a post war type knife and is being sold as. Please review pictures. It is a pleasing knife.
