Nvsn This is a Civil war antique Civil War William Muir & Co. Contract Model 1861 Rifle-Musket that has been converted to a .20 Ga. shotgun, produced in 1863 in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. Stock has been shortened, barrel replaced, lower sling swivel removed. 33" barrel, Bore is dark, may improve with cleaning, wood is very good, two-cock action is strong, metal finish is good, with the barrel starting to turn a plum color. NRA Condition- Good. Antique Firearm.
