You and your guests will enjoy sampling a number of wild game appetizers as your private chefs for the evening prepare a full sit-down dinner to be accompanied by wine parings with the main course. Game may include: Red Deer, Elk, Whitetail Deer, Pheasant, Duck, Goose, and Quail and others based on chefs’ choice and availability.
