U.S WWII era military bolt action rifle manufactured circa 1943. Features parkerized finish, walnut shoulder "C" type stock, walnut handguard, 24" barrel, blade front sight, original peep rear sight mounted to receiver, bent bolt handle Stamped "R", bolt shroud stamped "R", manual safety, magazine cut-off switch, sling swivels, stacking swivel, butt trap with hinged cover, knurled flat steel buttplate. Bottom metal and bands are stamped. Parkerized finish is about 98% with minor scratches. Stock is good condition, small chip under the lower band. someone has cut a channel for the bolt . Barrel marked "RA / (flaming bomb) / 5-43". Action is crisp/tight. Bore is very good/bright. NRA Condition-Good +. C&R Firearm.
