6-Shot Capacity. Large frame revolver produced 1898-1946. This one manufactured in 1927. 4" barrel, with fixed front, and notch rear sights. Two line address on barrel. "New Service 45 Colt" on side of barrel . Rampant colt on left frame. Bore is excellent/bright. Checkered hard rubber grips with "Colt" on them. Lanyard ring on heel. All markings are clear, barrel address is a little faint but readable. Action is crisp/tight, and cylinder indexes properly. Grips are overall good, but there is a chip out of the lower rear on both panels . Blued metal finish is about 60%, with finish loss, mostly on the barrel, cylinder, and straps. Action is crisp/tight. Includes factory Colt letter, states shipped to VP Coal Company, Denver CO. NRA Condition-Good. C&R Firearm
