55" x 6" leather sleeve with beaded design at mouth & tip in blue, whiteheart red, white, black, and yellows. Mr. Mattox's tag states circa 1880s. Should fit a long barrel Winchester model 1873 rifle. CONDITION: good overall, beads & fringe appear all intact, soiled & stained. PROVENANCE: From the Lifelong Collection of Glen E. Mattox.
