Cal. 22 RF. S# 32164. Bbl 2 1/2". The left side of the frame is stamped "C. SHARPS/ PATENT 1859", with a faint "C. SHARPS & Co/ PHILADA. PA." stamped on the right. Brass frame with 2 piece flora pattern gutta percha grips. Barrels are in the white. Matching numbers are present on the frame and barrels. CONDITION: frame exhibits a pleasing mellow patina. Barrels exhibit a gray patina, with areas of mild pitting overall. Bores exhibit pitting and good rifling throughout. Grips show some mild smoothing and some scattered marks from handling and storage. (01-23432/MLW). ANTIQUE. $400-600.
