Cal. 22 Short. S# 103 under left grip. Bbls. 3 3/16" six shot cluster. This unique pistol derives it's name from the grooves at the rear of the bbl. cluster which are a key part of the revolving mechanism. Bbl. cluster loads through hole on back of frame. Ring trigger. 2 piece bakelite grips. Less than 1000 mfg. 1861-62. CONDITION: metal finish has faded to gray showing very light pitting. Grips show small handling marks & chips. Functioning action. Dark pitted bores. (01-23423/DS). ANTIQUE. $2000-3000.
