Standard configuration, 3.5" barrel with "COLT D.A. 41" in etched panel. full semicircular front sight, long flute 6-shot cylinder, blue & case color finish, checkered 1-piece high polish varnished ebony (or rosewood) grips. Tiny British poofs are stamped on barrel and flutes of cylinder. Housed in an English walnut casing with Army & Navy Cooperative label, Pewter oil bottle, cleaning brush, 3-piece combination cleaning tool, and block the hold 12 cartridges.
