ARMY REVOLVER. 15.5" x 6.7" purple velvet lined compartmented walnut casing containing two-sided eagle & panoply of arms flask, pewter oiler, green label cap tin, Colt "L" shape combination tool, and rare 1862 dated sealed package of cartridges "FOR COLTS ARMY PISTOL". CONDITION: very good overall, soiled and stained lining, pasted directions for loading on lid cushion are missing, accessories all very good. PROVENANCE: Collection of Horst Kreiner.
