Cal. 25-20. S# 985157. Bbl. 20" carbine style. Pinned blade front sight. Carbine leaf rear sight. Button mag. Action has saddle ring w/ leather thong on left side. Blue finish. Band fastened walnut forearm & carbine stock w/ steel carbine buttplate. Mfg. 1927. CONDITION: bbl. retains over 80% lightly faded blue showing scattered spots of light corrosion. Action shows small amounts of blue flaking to brown. Aged darkened wood shows scattered dents & marks. Bore is generally bright w/ sound rifling. (23-2534/DS). CURIO. $2000-2750.
