PISTOL. Cal. 45 ACP. S# 311531-C. Bbl 5". Model 1911A1 Government Model manufactured by Colt in 1967. Left side of slide exhibits standard roll stamp markings, with the right side exhibiting Colt's single line address. Metal components are blued, with the frame being mounted with 2 piece Colt checkered brown plastic grips. MAGS: 3 7 rnd. CONDITION: metal components retain the vast majority of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some scattered superficial marks form handling and storage, with a few spots of mild wear, and some scattered spots of mild surface oxidation. Barrel exhibits pinprick discoloration over the chamber. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grips show some smoothing and a few marks from handling and storage, but are otherwise sturdy and serviceable. (23-2398/MLW). CURIO. $1,200-1,800.
