Third Model Musket' Tube-fed lever action repeating rifle chambered is .44-40 Winchester, circa 1890. Features a blued finish, 30" King's Improvement barrel with three barrel bands, 3/4 length tube magazine, front sight/bayonet lug, flip-up ladder rear sight, serrated finger guide dust cover, sling swivels, smooth trigger, checkered hammer spur, nearly full-length smooth walnut forearm and straight grip shoulder stock with rounded trapdoor buttplate factory cleaning rod. Rifle exhibits only light traces of bluing in few areas with the majority of the metal surfaces having a brown patina over bare metal. Action is very smooth, bore is excellent and wood stocks are very good+ with only few blemishes. Condition is good to very good As Antique Firearm.
