set in 12-14kt yellow gold, with old mine cut or earlier diamonds estimated at 8-10ct plus with largest center stone in pear shape almost 1ct estimate. Back chain has been replaced. Brought by refugee from eastern Europe during World War II. Possibly Russian by family tradition. Beautiful authentic antique.
